Honestly I hate this kid.
But I guess that’s cool.
I’m an omnivore and I love meat but all I have to say is that I’ve had great vegan food and shitty vegan food. There are few things in between. If you try and serve shitty vegan food because you think the homeless and destitute will eat *anything* because they are “starving” you are in for a rude awakening.
I can’t find a menu anywhere and their website has such little info on it anyone know what they actually give out?
I don’t know why everyone is hating. Are you feeding the homeless? I think while he might be strange in his own ways, he’s at least trying to do good. People might be against veganism, but maybe it’s another way in which he is trying to create less environmental impact. Props to him!

Sorry, I’m too cynical. It went from free to pay what you can. Then everyone pays but the unhoused get a break. Then a chain where the managers are using bats to keep the unhoused out of the trash. Capitalism will never solve the problem.
Props, I guess. Most humans need protein. Unless, like, like that is your situation, cuz I understand, I mean, I get it – humans do human stuff. If I were on the streets and the only thing available was eggplant – OMG. Thanks, no thanks. Only if I were homeless though. I heard this new trend, though, that you can get all of your nutrients through an avocado … for real. BTW, have yo heard of ‘hello fresh’ … you can get all of your meals delivered.
The Sikh guys do really well feeding vegetarian food to those who need it.
